Shipping
We offer both open and closed carriers equipped with advanced technology to ensure your vehicle’s safety during transportation. Our skilled drivers, coupled with our modern carriers, guarantee your vehicle arrives at its destination securely and promptly.
Our car carriers maintain an average daily travel distance of approximately 210 km. In instances where our carriers can’t access certain locations, our proficient drivers will road-drive the vehicle for distances ranging from 250 to 300 km.
For your convenience, Door Pickup and Door Delivery are conducted by local drivers, ensuring a seamless experience. The estimated transit time from pickup to delivery at your doorstep is a maximum of 45 days.
Delivery
Upon arrival, your vehicle is promptly unloaded and delivered to your designated location. We keep you informed throughout the shipping process, providing estimated delivery dates. We understand the importance of punctuality and strive to ensure your vehicle reaches you as scheduled.
Risk Coverage
At Leo Car Transport, All our consignments during transit are risk covered at carrier risk. For risk coverage done at carrier risk, no separate copy of the insurance policy will be issued to individual clients. The premium for risk coverage will be calculated separately upon invoicing at a maximum of 3% of the insurance declared value.
In cases where no insurance-declared value is available, a minimum premium will be charged depending on the conditions and age of the consignment. It is mandatory for all consignments to have risk coverage.
Regarding claims, claims will only be settled if the damage is reported by the driver at the time of delivery, along with photos. No claims will be entertained once the driver has left the delivery location.
Claims will only be provided for damages due to cargo accidents, theft, or fire, excluding vehicle tires. Any occurrences such as engine faults, tyre damage, technical faults, AC gas leakage, on-road accidents, or similar incidents that do not fall under the specified risk coverage clause are not covered by Leo Car Transport.
Claims are subject to certain conditions. To be eligible for settlement, damages must be reported by the driver upon delivery, accompanied by photographs. Claims cover accidental damage, theft from the carrier during transit, and fire damage if the carrier catches fire en route. Please note that damages to car tires are not covered.
Fuel Requirements
To ensure a smooth pickup and delivery process, we require a minimum of 15 liters of fuel in the vehicle during pickup. This amount covers door-to-door pickup and delivery, as well as loading and unloading. As road travel distances for pickup and delivery can reach up to 140 km, around 14 to 15 liters of fuel are necessary. It’s the client’s responsibility to ensure the required fuel is present at the time of pickup.
